It is one of a set of 8 produced to celebrate the Centenary of the Federation of the six towns of Stoke-on-Trent. A donation of £2.00 from each mug sold will go to the Bethesda Chapel appeal and a further £2.00 to the Staffordshire Hoard conservation fund.
