PHS Meetings take place bi-monthly on the third Thursday of the month starting at 7:30 pm. The dates and venues for 2012 are as follows:

| 15 March | Minton Community Centre, Hartshill |
| 17 May | Hanley Fire Station |
| 19 July | Burslem School of Art |
| 20 September | Minton Community Centre, Hartshill |
| 15 November | Burslem School of Art (including the AGM) |
All members are welcome to attend these meetings, which last up to 90 minutes.
