Hartshill International

Sat, 06/05/2017 - 10:30
The Medical Institute, Hartshill

This lively and colourful free event recognizes and celebrates the 50+ nationalities of the people who live, work, study or worship in our area and the many languages spoken locally. Find Bentleys Restaurant on the top floor, flags, maps and language guides on the bookstall, toys, gifts and homewares on the Fairtrade stall. National costumes and crafts from many countries within the building, and music, singing, dancing and tasty world food outside. The event will be officially opened by the Lord Mayor of Stoke-on-Trent and a programme of guest speakers will reflect the international themes of the day.
