Discover a wealth of different bottle oven types in Stoke-on-Trent, using our special guides published for Heritage Open Days. Each bottle oven site will feature a QR code link to further Bottle Oven Facts. The walks are 'self-guided' and those who book once the festival has started (12th September) will be directed to a webpage where they can download them. Limited copies of the guides will also be available from local museums for the duration of the festival. Four guides will be available - Walking to Bottle Ovens in Burslem; Walking to Bottle Ovens in Hanley and Etruria; Walking to Bottle Ovens in Stoke and Fenton; and Walking to Bottle Ovens in Longton.
