Discover a wealth of different bottle oven types in Stoke-on-Trent, using our special guides published for Heritage Open Days. Each bottle oven site will feature a QR code link to further Bottle Oven Facts. The walks are 'self-guided' and participants who book before the festival will be sent links to the route maps on the first day - 12th September. The guides will also be available during the festival from local museums. Four guides will be available - Walking to Bottle Ovens in Burslem; Walking to Bottle Ovens in Hanley and Etruria; Walking to Bottle Ovens in Stoke and Fenton; and Walking to Bottle Ovens in Longton.
