Follow in the footsteps of the Fords of Ford Green Hall from St Bartholomew’s Church in Norton-le-Moors to the family’s farmhouse - now a Grade II* listed museum. This guided walk includes visits to the two historic buildings associated with the Ford family which date back to the 17^th and 18th centuries. Staring at St Bartholomew’s Church, the circular route will take in several heritage sites including the former railway station and ironworks. The walk is around 2.25 miles and takes 2.5 hours with frequent stops and visits.
