A film celebrating Stoke-on-Trent's Centenary, chronicling the City's transition from the smoking bottle ovens and coal-hungry industry of the 1920s, through the successive land reclamation and building conservation programmes of the late 20th Century, to present day clean technologies and rejuvenated open spaces. Ray Johnson of the Staffordshire Film Archive will present the film, which will be available to watch during the rest of the Power in the Potteries Energy Exhibition (18th, 20th and 21st September). The film has been specially commissioned by Etruria Industrial Museum with support from Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the Heritage Fund.
